Shipping policy

At Cafe Aigoh, we roast our coffee fresh and ship right across Australia. We want your beans to reach you as quickly and freshly as possible. Please read the information below so you know what to expect after placing an order.

Order Processing & Dispatch

We dispatch all orders within 3 business days of your order being placed. Because we roast to order, this short window lets us pack your coffee at its freshest.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During peak periods or sale events, dispatch may take a little longer, and we'll let you know if there is any delay. Once your order is on its way, we'll send a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order. The exact cost is shown before you pay, so there are no surprises.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, parcels are delivered by Australia Post. The timeframes below are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed:

  • Metropolitan areas (same state): approximately 2–5 business days
  • Interstate (metro to metro): approximately 3–7 business days
  • Regional areas: approximately 5–10 business days
  • WA, NT and remote areas: approximately 7–14+ business days

Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date your order is placed. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

Order Tracking

When your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey. If you haven't received tracking details within a few business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or get in touch.

Delivery Delays

Occasionally deliveries may be delayed due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods. While we can't control how long Australia Post takes once a parcel leaves us, we're always happy to help you follow up on a delayed delivery.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't able to redirect a parcel once it has shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a re-delivery fee.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

We take care to pack every order well. If your parcel arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please contact us as soon as you can — ideally within 7 days of the expected delivery date — so we can help quickly. We'll lodge an enquiry with the carrier and work with you to resolve it. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
