Before we begin.. allow me to tell you a little story...

Long, long ago, there lived a wizard tired of the world. Weary of life and grumbling every day, the wizard one day cried up to the sky,
“ I can’t live like this! Death!”
At that moment, the wizard split into many cats.
One cat wrote so well it became a Writer Cat,
another grew into a responsible Soldier Cat,
another learned to work with computers and became an Engineer Cat,
and another cared for people and became a Healer Cat.
And among them were the stars of this tale:
Fire Cat and Worry Cat.

Unlike the others, Fire Cat and Worry Cat weren’t particularly good at anything, and they always stayed together.
Fire Cat couldn’t quite master his own fire, so wherever he passed, quarrels sometimes flared and precious things were broken.
Each time that happened, Worry Cat wept, and those tears made Worry Cat colder and colder.
Cat woke from the dream and looked at the dazzling sun rising in the eastern sky.
From that day on, he roasted coffee beans with care.
The warm beans heated Worry Cat’s body and slowly dried Worry Cat’s fur. Hearing the story, other catsoften stopped by, took a handful of beans, shared a cup of coffee, and set off again on their way.
There were no more fights, no more ruin,no more death.
Worry Cat no longer shed tears. Fire Cat kept roasting beans —again and again.
Before long, a small coffee workbench appeared,and a sign was hung:
"Café Aigoh"

We are but a humble, small-batch coffee roastery, most curiously and industriously run by multiple cats. From verdant green beans to roasted brews, delicate drip bags, fine embroidery, and sundry trinkets — all are crafted and offered with care, whimsy, and a gentle paw.
OUR ORIGIN
Good coffee, with its rich aroma and flavor, surely holds great sway over the lives of mortals.Yet such coffee is oft found only in famed specialty cafés of certain regions, and it would be a blessing indeed if all souls might easily partake therein.
But some, whether by circumstance or constitution, cannot readily visit these sanctuaries — and others, burdened by worldly cares, forgo the pleasure of fine coffee.
At Cafe Aigoh, our purpose is to offer specialty coffee at the fairest price,and to extend aid, in diverse ways, to those who dwell in quiet solitude or gentle vulnerability.
